Halo 3 is more pick up and play, I think Rainbow Six Vegas takes more skill. I enjoy playing Halo 3 more because of this, but I don't think it is better.

Both are great games! But I would have to say Halo 3. I love the replays!
Halo 3 is also one of those games that you just pick up, play, don't care about your team, just yourself, rush in, kill 30 things, go onto the next area, kill more... I like it, no boring bits.

I loved R6:Vegas and played the hell out of it. But after Halo 3 came out I cant go back from the sweet multiplayer bliss that is Halo.

Well the reason I like Rainbow six LV is that it takes alot of skill. But Halo you get in a warthog and run over 10 guys. Also because the people in halo say "trash talk" when they kill you. (Signs of 12 year olds)
But RSLV they say some thing smart.

In all seriousness, though, I like both, and I haven't even PLAYED Halo 3 yet.
I'm waiting for it to be ported to the PC like Halo 2 was.
People will play whatever game(s) they want, so can't we all lay off of the "which is better" threads? It's all a matter of taste.

Meh, I don't like either very much, now that I've gotten bored with them. I prefer the old nintendo Rainbow Six over Rainbow Six Vegas and the new games coming out. The new ones make the bodies disappear after a few seconds. I like seeing where someone got killed so I don't end up looking for them and getting killed or looking at the hud map.
