Nope I learned spanish and french by choice and soon I'll be learing Latin then Tagauloug a phillipe language

Stereotype, I want to go to quebec and montreal, both in which have people who speak fluent french, I am not going to explore every sqare inch of Canada man lol. But defending Canada is good enough of an excuse for your stupidity in this case. Montreal doesn't have french as their first langauge, but most of Canada has french as a second language anyway as well.

English is the second language that I became fluent in.

Spanish, it's easy for me, mainly for the reason that I know Filipino, and like half of the words in the Filipino language are the same word in Spanish, just spelled differently.

Latin, I don't know if it is still used as much, but in europe a lot you have to know the spoken langauge, and latin is the written language. The spoken language of french is called the language of love, but written latin is the langauge of love as well.

if they live in America they can speak whatever they want. but i think you ment to say, they should speak ENGLISH because AMERICAN isn't a language, there are only a few differences in spelling from America between other countries that speak ENGLISH

This my second year of taking French.
The reason I took it was because
A: My parents take it, so they can help me on it.
B: Whenever they try to hide something from me, they speak it in French, so now I understand them.
