I'd stick the cunt in the reserves till next summer. Oh and good result for Chelsea a draw in Valencia, pretty much the only time I support Chelsea is the champions league against foreign opposition.Looks like it'll be worse than just playing reserves. Maybe once they've 'investigated' they will stick him in reserves. It's not like they'd less a lot of money to do it, considering that they're Man City.
I'd have him cleaning the player's boots- only fair after refusing to do what he is paid a small fortune for. Alternatively he should have all of his wages deferred until he is disposed of and given back to the fans in the form of cheaper match day tickets.
And looking at the result last night this morning, I guess a draw away to our biggest challenge in the group stages isn't bad. It felt bad though last night when stupid bloody Kalou handballed in the box 5 minutes to go from us winning. Worse that he came on from Lampard who scored what would have been the winning goal. Worse that Torres had some beautiful beautiful chances that he got completely right, but their keeper chose those moments to make some blinding saves. It was frustrating. Same old Chelsea. Cannot put away a lead, or defend a lead. But on reflection this morning I think you're right. We got a point and thats not bad.
I only watched the first half, and it was the first time I had seen Chelsea play for a while. My impressions were that they have more cutting edge than the last time I saw them, with Mata and Torres giving some real drive up front. Even though he scored I thought Lampard was a shadow of his former self- I remember him playing box to box, helping with defence and attack in equal measure. Last night I watched him for a good 15 minutes and all he did was saunter around the centre circle.
The other big problem is the same as it was last time I watched them, a lack of pace in defence. I thought Valencia found it far too easy to get the ball into the box and put the ball over the top, with Terry in particular guilty of lagging behind the play on a number of occasions.
So better than they were last time I watched them, but still some major weaknesses in my eyes.
Worrying that all the English sides are finding things difficult this year in the Champions League.
