a usb connection port to use in your computer or can you find cables at a store that go from MIDI to USB?

Some keyboards have a usb cable with them, so you can plug in and go. Other need a midi dock station.

Yeah, there is Midi-Usb adapters.
I think M-Audio has some decent ones.
