Freddy Vs. Jason

I don't know if this was posted before but who do you want or think to win, I would love to hear your reasons.

I say Jason is going to win because in the trailor, Freddy asks him why he won't die. In Jason goes to hell, Jason has to be killed by a family member. The only way I think Jason would be killed by Freddy, is if Freddy changed into his mom or any other members of the Voorhees family and killed him.

I don't really care who wins, since they're both badassas of the original horror scene. However Jason's last movie sucked so much I'd like to see him pay for that. Anyways, looks like a good movie.

You got a good point there that I have never thought of. Thanks for bringing that up. I hope Jason kills Freddy though. I hate Freddy, he sucks and is not scary. But I can't wait to see the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

No, if you watch late enough in most movies, Freddy usually ends up becoming a material can-opener. Even though I think the move will suck, I'm rootin' for Jason, if only because Freddy movies are a bit too funny for horror... Even still, Chucky and Myers would kick both their asses, just because they're the best.

In the last Freddy movie freddy becomes real they kind of messed up the nightmare on elm street series because of the last one, because of Freddy just being a movie so its like a movie inside a movie pretty much. Ya, im also looking forward to the new texas chainsaw massacre movie.

Well, I didn't see any of the nightmare on the elmstreet movies and only the first of friday the thirteenth, wich Jasons mom is the killer :/
But I do know who Jason is and he's way cooler than that guy with his claws, so he should win and he's gonna win I think.

Writers will generally take the characters of Freddy and Jason as being the antognists, when, really, they're the ones the audience is usually identifying with. Because the "bad guy" can't ever get away without punishment in american films, they both must lose to the (usually annoying) protagonists.

Personally, I want Freddy to win because they didn't give the part of Jason to Kane Hodder (who has been the best Jason in the last four movies and was the one who made Jason the awesome character he is). I'm surprised the morons didn't cast someone other than Robert Englund as Freddy.

I heard rumors about two different endings, but I'm trying not to read anything about the film - I want to watch it with a fresh view.

I've waited too long for this movie.

they will both take one look at eachother, break down in tears and agree to take food to their local food bank together. but on the way there, jason will trip freddy and freddy will fall into traffic. he will be killed by an elementary school bus because his guard is down. all of the children will laugh and jason will be a hero and get all the babes.

yah i herd they dint have kane hodder wich is kinda stupid i mean ive only seen 2 of the fridy movies with him as jason and hes the only person to ever play jason more then once

Kane Hodder was too big, but ya Kane Hodder was the best. Maybe they didn't change freddy because of the voice or the nose =)

Actually allpro, Jason was killed in episode 4 and then animated by lightning in episode 6 (episode 5 had some imposter using Jason's good name as a cover). If you've seen episode 7 where he fights the girl with telekinetic powers you would know the guy is dead. During the fight (it's one of the best) she tightens the straps on his goalie mask, crushing his head until the mask breaks apart and guess what? It reveals Jason's face is nothing more than a skull with some rotted flesh hanging off it (the make-up on Jason was great). I'm a big fan of the Friday 13th series and I remember reading in one magazine the director told the actor playing Jason (I don't think it was Hodder) to imagine his young son chopped up lying on the table in front of him. The director got his 1,000 yard stare.

i know this wont happen but i hope michle myers from halloween comes at the end and kills them both. but since that will never happen i hope and think jason will win cuz he is un killable other that family. but freddy can go into jasons mind and do tricks or whatever he does. im not too familar with nightmare on elmstreet but im very familar wiht the friday13th series.
