so yea the t-shirt design is under the post..and uhh im lacking anything that can create it..cafepress lacks colors..or im stupid, also uhh other websites lack a few other things..is there a website that can allow you to chage the shirt color to a spefic (#000000 spefic) color..ot am I just going to have to face facts and chose the colors they have me use..

That will never happen. No company on earth would stock blank shirts of every possible hex code of color. I seriously doubt that they could even mix dyes with that kind of precision. Just not possible.
