Harmless porn or sick child pornography?

I say it is sick child pornography! Why do I say this? What else can I assume when the whole idea is sexualizing children.

Now I don't know this leads to child predators, heck not enough research has been done on the subject but I know this. There are gate way items that eventually lead to a final destination. One example is one person could watch a cool show on T.V and be hooked on it. Then start to collect items of it and even stalk the actors in it.

Is cartoon child porn still child porn? Yes it is, essentially you are still girking your yurking to images of little children. Essentially you are still a pedophile in sexual tendency, should it be illegal? Yes. Does it mean you should stop looking at it? Do what you want with your life, I don't care.

What do you think NG?

Seeing as how it's only a cartoon, and therefore, the innocence and privacy of minors is not violated, I'd have to say it's mostly harmless

I think they are as different as chalk and cheese. Animé women don't look like real life women. Even more so with Lolicon, while Lolicon is highly sty;ized and intended to be sexual, children look like trolls. It's a horrible thing to say, but children are ugly. Even my dear nephew and neice, all kids are ugly.

The idea that looking at drawings make you want to try them out in reality is absurd. Ever played a violent game or watched a violent film? Heck, have you even read The Holy Bible? How many people have you killed? O, you aren't interested in killing people. At all.

I am against child pornography because it harms the child featured in it.

With lolicon there is no child to be harmed, it's just a drawing.

It's just like drawing regular hentai, except the girl is smaller, and has no breasts.

That would be awesome.

No it is not. It goes back to culture in most cases. It is legal in America, as it is protected by the constitution. It is being reviewed for banning in the UK, due to pressure groups.

The courts have never launched an investigation into any potential relationship between liking Lolicon and being a peadophile. Furthermore, the chances of this are very slim, seeing as similar arguments about books, television and games being a gateway to violence have been disproven.

Pedophiles don't find children ugly. Sexuality is different then violent tendency's; you can not compare the two. Someone who is not violent and plays violent video games will not suddenly become violent. Someone who is a pedophile and likes little children when he/she discovers this may realize it and understand their sexual preference.

And yes, there may be a difference. Real child porn of course is alot worse then lolicon. It may be an alternative but it may just make pedophiles more prolific. I may be wrong here, but research needs to be done.

Which is why they are considered to be mentally ill by most laws.

I bally well can and I just did. Behaviour can be learned through association. Your argument is that if people look at enough Lolicon, they will begin to associate children with the orgasm and find children attractive. This seems logical at first, but the stylistic difference plays a key role here. The person who is veiwing the Lolicon would have to veiw the drawing as a child and not a drawing for the association to take place and thus cannot happen.

Someone who is a pedophile and likes little children when he/she discovers this may realize it and understand their sexual preference.

Because sexuality is a dormant thing and keeping Lolicon legal is unleashing wave upon wave of peadophiles into the world.

Act? Surely there has to be an amendmant made to the constitution to do such a thing to a protected right. O wait, right, since when has Americas government cared about the constitution?

First off, it IS illegal. The law just doesn't give a fuck, much like how they don't care if a minor looks at porn. Second, are you saying I wanna fuck the main character of my favorite T.V. show?

You'll just have to be happy with the fact that it's not a law which is particularly enforced.

There has only been one case in which someone was convicted on charges of importing lolicon in America that I know of, and I believe that sentence was tacked on due to the fact that the person had also recieved images of real child pornography, and was on parole for previous sexual crimes.

The Supreme Court ruled that the banning of Lolicon was unconstitutional. Basically, the government broke the law by banning it and are doing so again by banning it again, unless they revise the constitution.
