I am Looking for Serious Animators

Hello there,

I am Corey Maddox from Identity Productions, a new small ADR Studio in Georgia.
We are tired of trying to find anime licenses and make agreements for them.
Therefore we have started working on a small 30 minute pilot episode.
This is an anime. It does not yet have a title and the scripts are being worked on by our writers.
We are looking for 5 types of animators...

1. Can draw basic character outlines and KEEP THE CHARACTER DESIGNS

2. Background Artists

3. People who do nice color jobs.

4. Effects Specialist that can add in effects in Adobe After Effects.

5. CGI Animators

The story is as follows: A long time ago... a city was built, soon the upperclass decided they would rise above the rest by building a city on high up platforms and tracks so that no commeners would ever interupt their wonderful lives. Since then 16 years have passed. There is are 2 boy, Dais (Daisuke) and Tarou . One lives in Sky town with his dad and the other with his mom in the commoners village (which is surrounded by a wall and barely sees much daylight). They were twins seperated at birth before the town split. Their mom a commoner and dad a noble, they each took and raised one of the children. Daisuke has always hated the nobles but wondered what their life is like. Always dreaming to one day ride the train tracks in the sky town (the town of nobles on the platforms.) He will chase his dream, but at what cost!

The main part of the plot of the pilot is, seeing him in his everyday life, his wondering how the nobility live in such a disillusion of themselves. Then just wonder how it is to be one of them. Next part involves him actually seeing an awards ceremony for the warriors of the sky town and realizing his calling. He by chance meets a kid (Tarou - his twin brother) his age hiding out in their village from the sky town. Strangely they look alike. Tarou is hiding because he doesn't want to join the ongoing war that Daisuke's town is so oblivious to. Seeing this he says he'll trade places with the kid. Thus he makes it into the sky town and rides the tracks only to be thrown into the war.

1. What will you be doing? Writing is quite possibly the minimum someone could do in making an animation.
2. 30 minutes will take HELL long to make.
3. Is there money involved?

Not many people are going to work for free, especially on something of that magnitude.
Just so you know...

Perhaps Newgrounds is not the best place to hire people for a project of that size. Most newgrounders that are really good with art like those on the frontpage, will not work you. Also making a flash that is 30 minutes long would require well over 100 hours of work so any working on it would have to not be preoccupied with things like work or school. You should search for freelance flash artist teams on the internet and hire a group of people.

Also there is no way in hell anyone would work on that flash if money was not involved.

So you expect people to devote hundreds of hours of work to your project with no incentive? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. You're not a studio in Georgia your some kid who lives in Georgia, and you aren't Identity Productions because you haven't even produced anything. You are a lazy, stupid nobody.
