Photoshop gurus! Translate this plz 2007-10-03 16:15:07

I need some 'gurus' to translate this for me. Since i am a big fan of Userbars, i need to know how to make the basics in the. Sadly, i only have photoshop 8!!! so i gotta live with what i have. So can anyone "translate" this for me?
