Way to many colors bud. 15+ I count. It's limited to 4.
Also: Ya may wanna shrink the pic. Try to keep it on the chest. Just about 2 inches down from the bottum of the neck with the pic extending all the way down to about 3-5 inches above the belly-button. That in my opinion is the "sweet-spot".

90% of the entries include images taken from the site and added crappy/overused jokes from other things. Theres also a lot of ignorance of the rule, only 4 colors.

You need to reduce how many colors. Just get rid of the shading and make the whole face white.

You REALLY need to count right.

1) Black outline
2) dark gray in eyes
3) medium gray on face
4) light gray of face
5) white on face
6) red blood

SIX. Take off that medium and light gray on his face and you've got 4 colors and a pretty cool design.

Cloud sigs and "it's okay, they're only ____" sigs. It's not really pertinent to the Flash movies and stuff, but those are mostly done by different artists and programmers anyway, so I figured I'd take a stab at something the actual community helped to invent.

The mods should just ban everyone who posted work they didnt make in the thread. Every person who used the fla's that have the ng tank or tankmen johnny made = 1 month ban. Every shirt with "Cock Joke" on it = 5 month ban. That guy who stole rtil's logo and made it into alien hominid = eternal ban.
Sounds good to me.

I think cock joke and art theft should be switched around, but other than that I think you have the right idea.

LaserKarl i like yours another one of my favorites but do far there only seem to be 30 at the very most that don't break the rules iv'e done 2 that don't break the rules but i'm going to redo them.

Listen it is no problem that people use "cock joke" or reference to tankmen because THAT IS WHAT NEWGROUNDS IS ABOUT....but I do agree that people should not put screenshot or copy and paste onto a shirt and say that is their design. If you want to creat something similiar to a steve smoking a cigarette dont just copy paste but redraw it ATLEAST because then you can say you actually put some time and effort into creating it. Or better yet create your own version of a tank man or woman like davincighost or seomthing. the judges more than likely will pick something like that than just common symbols of newgrounds. Ok im done.

What we call that is "a funny idea barely a year old turned into a gay fad" on the bbs.

The bbs has an uncanny ability of taking anything mildly amusing and quickly running it into the ground.

Newgrounds is about games and animation. Not about how many retards can paste a tankman they didnt draw onto a shirt and write "DURR HURR COK JOAK" as they pat themselves on their blubbery backs for a job well done.
