I heard you cant... the only reason i put something on the back of mine was because all the new shirts have that newgrounds logo on the upper back.. so i thought id be consistent... its not really part of my design..

It seems like people think that black and white don't count as colors

It's probably limited to 4 colours because heknew that most people would break the rules.
