I haven't kept up with each of the contests, so some of these may have already been done. But three ideas off the top of my head:

- Develop trading cards based from Newgrounds movies.

- Design a next generation console.

- For Halloween, come up with a header for the site on Halloween day.

To re-draw our newgrounds mods, and admins or we if we create a new version of pico and or the logo things suck as that.

Drawing somebody elses drawing in your style or a different style.

well these are the important days coming up in the next 2 months:
11-6 Election Day (something about whose going to be the next president)
11-11 Veterans Day (something WW1 themed)
11-22 Thanksgiving Day (thanksgiving stuff...)
maybe have a contest based on one of them.

If you want a small contest of some sorts, you could have people sign up in an order sort of like a compilation contest. It starts with a piece of work, then the person who's next has to redraw the same thing in their style, or do a drawing based off the previous. That way, you start with the contest's image, and eventually end up with a consistent stream of peoples images that relate to it eventually leading up to something which could be completely different.
