i did something else, timing myself.
it came to about 70 minutes, minus time taken out for dinner.

i did this awhile ago at camp.
it's this guy photoshopped,
i edited out his various skin deformities, and removed about 10 pounds...

interesting stuff, you should definitely consider working on your anatomy and shapes before considering a style tho.

yeah, doubling on comp-sci classes means no traditional art training.

it's hard to learn how to draw in math class...

alright, this was an inking/coloring challenge laid down by my friend from school.
so... its not stealing... more of a practice with colors?

meh... call it an expiriment, call it a regression...
i drew, edited, and colored straight in photoshop again...
that tends to make it really rough, but a smoother shading.

started as a doodle, ended up as an image i'll probably never use.

bah, colors get changed up when i export it, any clue what i should do to fix it?

i think your work is very common on newgrounds and i think you should drift off into your own lttle art bubble because you got the potential

i will say it now, i know what i need to work on.
i oversimplify elements too much (circle fists and tumor ears) , and i have the hand-screen coordination of a drunken monkey with a trackpad (twichy lines, and an inibility to color inside the lines).

i guess i should play some mouse based games with the wacom, get used to it more.

i started trying to make an attempt with proportions. i then added muscles behind it trying to visualize the forms, and immediately thought... ZOMBIE!!

the lineart for this one is from my friend (same one as the nutritious snacks) her pencils are really easy to color under... so i did.

tried to get the lighting going... reflection of colors and such.

and of course, a little SHOOP.

i painted over a rough sketch.... but apparently the ear and the whole left side of his head was to rough.

for some reason, i like the forehead... got that nice "THIS IS PAINTED, NOT SMUDGED" look.
