Blood Cells are alive, geneticly similar to each other, and can be found in the same location (your body)

Are these cells a population?

No they just form up the body. Cells, Tissue, Organs, and Organ systems. Now if you thought of the body as a city then I guess they would be considered a population...Or more of a civilization.
