I don't know why people always ask these questions. Who gives a fuck? It's not like they're real, and are able to actually fight. If they did fight it would be in a game or movie and the outcome would be predetermined or playable, neither of which would actually do them justice in their fighting.

Master Chief, Spartan 117, or John is a super GM soldier who's super suit allows him to take millions of rounds of ammunition, lift heavy shit, jump up about 4 feet, fall from really high up, and he can live in space.

While on the other hand Samus can run really fast, jump a billion feet in the air, and has some arm cannon that never runs outta ammo and can hold hundreds of rockets.

Really, who cares, they're both fictional. Also, if they met in real life, they wouldn't have any reason to fight.
