Well.... actually A country owns the sorrounding waters. Lets say if the U.S. Took over australia, china, japan, the other surrounding counrires and the islands.....They would own all of the Pacific.

I still don't understand how the internet works. Like, I know you make domains, and you can visit those domains with certain applications (Ie, Firefox, ect.) but like, Can someone explain it like thaty one dude tried, who was like "It's a series of Tubes".
