Had a crappy ending....its just like halo 2 story mode was too short and had a really cliff-hangy ending bungie said they would work on single player alot more and tey really didnt it was just as bad as halo 2 i mean dont get me wrong they were both amazingly awesome games but come on...and whats with bungie goin and sayin this is the end of the halo series, cuz if it is everyone is going to hate them for having such a crappy ending well anyway it was still really cool n stuff but also a couple of multiplayer things.. one are there any unlockable maps i havent found out about yet cuz i cant believe they would take out blood gulch/coagulation that was my favorite map in halo 1 and 2 I hop they at least come out with a map pack like they did halo 2 and lastly a little funny thing i found: In the map sandtrap (i beleive its called and im to lazy to go look) the desert looking map if you get in an elephant (the giant tank/sandcrawler looking thing) and drive them both to the big straightaway path around the outside of the strucctures and drive one on to of the other as much as possible then get in the other one and drive into the one on top it will flip, then get out and go near it and you will see the message:"Press [RB] to flip... Wait, what?..How did you do that?"...lol I love bungie

Halo sucked after the original, They focused too much on multiplayer and not enough on the quality of the story mode. I like Gears Of War. That is the game.

You know what the ending alludes to? The ending of Halo 3 is possibly the prequel to Marathon, a game released by Bungie years ago.

It's not a cliffhanger.

I liked the warthog escape at the end, it was reminiscent of the end of Halo 1 and I liked that. I thought the ending was pretty good, I was happy to get my two 175 G -or whatever it was- achievements! Although I thought that little notice at the end by Bungie was a little cheesey.

Well, it was a bit like Pirates of the Caribbean 3, at the end to be honest. I mean, at one point the flood is on your side and then the next minute your fighting against them. Plus, the sentinels seem to switch between being on your side and being your enemy. Oh well, it was jolly good fun never-the-less.

Bungie probably can't come up with a better ending they should really work more on singleplayer and make the story better.
