"cold cash" is what most people are interested on these days so you won't have any problems with people joining in!

if you really want an idea then i would say......... games, gaming systems, flash products, photoshop, after effect, ect.

The things that the average teen flashmaker would be into: iPods/MP3 players, video games and video game systems, web hosting, computer software, computer games, computer accessories, acne cream, Dungeons & Dragons manuals, lead Warhammer 40k figurines, Magic: the Gathering cards, the Fleshlight, porn, a mini fridge with sugary energy drinks in it. Stuff they can USE.

Unless you can offer at least $250 to the winner (and probably $100 to second and $50 to third), don't expect to get many quality entries.

Entering contests is a risk for us animators. Because there can be only a few winners, there's a chance we might earn nothing for our efforts. Sure, some people will make a movie for only $100, but with contests, their hard work might not equal anything, so if they do win, they expect a lot more.
