I understand that an account can be banned by mods or deleted by Admins, but can you stop someone from a specific IP address from accessing a site? The reason I ask is because if a person's account is legitamately deleted from newgrounds for spamming, they can just make a new one in 2 secs. Specificcally muilt-account spamming likee the KK, CC, etc, could it be stopped?

If your violation is serious enough you can have an IP ban. I wont go into the things you would have to do in order to get an IP ban so i don't give anyone ideas. Read over the faq and you will understand what violations constitute an IP ban.

LOOK, READ MY TYPING (not read my lips), the kk IS NOT against ANY RULES it is by more then one person too
