My internet won't turn on. I can't go to any webpages. In fact my whole PC is blacked out and the vent fan isn't working. In fact there's no power in my entire house. Help me NG, I can't even use a keyboard because my thumbs are broken!!!

Try using another computer. That is what I would do. Now if your power is out, then you should probably try to find the breaker. Then you just switch it off, and then switch it back on. Now for your broken thumbs, you should go see a doctor or something. I can't remember any of your other problems, so I'll just stop here.
