I really looking foward to the map editor, going to make a lot of traps for some unsuspecting players. Also, four people playing online and none of them will look the same. Also, the new guys look pretty bad-ass. Though the game is going to be a bitch to get(for me that it)

Has anyone actually read Halo Uprising?
Its meant to be the comic that ties halo 2 with halo 3
Basically what its about is the covenant invade earth and enslave the entire population of cleaveland, rounding up all the civilians, while master cheif is on a different part of the galaxy invading some covenant ship but the covenant actually manage to capture him alive and proclaim "deamon, the key of osanalan! you're going to give it to us! We'll start pulling parts off of you untill you do!"
I don't want to spoil any plotlines for anyone, but I think those people saying its the end of master cheif might actually be right about this one? I mean, could their really be a halo 4?
trilogy's and spin-offs are one thing but 3 sequals to a genre always end up sucking! Am I right?

BTW Its a good comic, you guys should check it out sometime! =)

Mega pointless legendary ending? Notice that the legendary ending of Halo 3 is very similar to the beginning of Marathon?

I never really got into the storyline of the halo games. The playability which to me is always the main things was quite enjoyable in the first game but there wasn't very much new in Halo 2.

Is Halo 3 merely an extension of the storyline with the exact same gameplay?

I'm waiting a week or so to buy it, that way I won't be killed for my spot in line.

you might want to extend that to a month if i was you, Microsoft will likely pull a delayed supplies trick like Sony did with the PS3 except it will actually work.

Halo 3 earned itself a 9.5, I must say I am very pleased, after watching the video review.

Halo 3 is just a rental for me. I'll play the first few levels, get bored and go back to waiting for SSBB.
