A couple of things first, I questioned whether this should go into Politics, then I thought that since I am bored, I might as well try to get more comments. Secondly, I'm not sure if they're any threads on the subject already, since the search is quite picky, and I'm not sure if it's working properly yet. Anyway, if there is, sorry about that.
So, Brits maybe aware that schools are now meant to be clamping down on "cyberbullying", regarding messages over IM clients, social network websites, email, text messages, the list goes on. Now, the reason I ask for thoughts now is because I've always admired Newgrounds'...how you say, "off-key thoughts", for example, I've seen people regard cyberbullying as a very small, or non-existant ordeal. Not the thoughts themselves mind, just the way it's been thought.
Anyway, I'll have to say what the Government (or whichever organisation thought these new things up) is doing is a good thing, mostly because I know people who were threatened over the Net in school and they were depressed for a while. Really, school is for learning primarily, and you can't learn if you're being threatened or whatever.
Anyway, thoughts please :)
