as long as the treatment is available to developed countries and the Third World I am totally cool with it, but as a contingency plan I am looking into Cryopreservation to.

Why would we need to give it to the third world?

haha im going to live forever !
I think this would be a good thing yet a bad thing. Good: We would be able to advance significantly in science space exploration because the scientists and other smart people would live significantly longer. Bad: The world would become overpopulated within say 25 years, and then it would probably become something like The Shadow Children series by Margaret Haddix (I think that's the author's name.) So the outcomes could go either way.
Well, by then we could have developed space travel. We would just become an all-consuming race and go from planet to planet, consuming all the resources on each one.

sorry I had multiple tabs for posting.
EDIT:
as long as the treatment is available to developed countries and NOT the Third World I am totally cool with it (because third world countries are nothing but a liability when it comes to population increase)
but also a contingency plan I am looking into Cryopreservation to. I have researched a few places making advancements into it. then I can just freeze myself and wait till Medical advancements become available.

nah it would take a few centuries at the current rate for earth to become depleted, if we went to mars it would take quite a while. Space travel and Life extension is two of the most important ventures that should be heavily invested in.
Ive heard this before a few years back. Idk how i feel about it. We will see in 25 years
I've heard about this book that teaches people how to exchange souls (meaning if you're old, you can exchange with a soul inside a younger body, therefor giving you that younger body), haven't found the book anywhere on the internet though.
But I guess science could do it too.

current discoveries in life extending medicine.
The real problem facing immortality is the fact our body cells are replaced by new, but ages cells, they never get replaced by brand new cells. To make immortality possible you would need to find a way to make it so when our body cells die and get replaced they get replaced by new cells. Doing that would in all tense and purposes make the person immortal.

If I can live forever in the college age, I would. I don't think I want to live more than 75 years. The only exception is if I have absolutely no health problems whatsoever.

EPIC WIN!
Not to mention seeing days go by in seconds, ending up alone, and eventually going insane.

Ok, that makes so much more sense now, because I was thinking of the exact same thing.

of course the Third World doesn't deserve it if they can't keep they're population in check. as long as it stays in Developed countries at a price it should be good and not effect the population to bad.
Living forever would do horrible things to the human mind. After so long your brain just can't hold any more information. There is an upper limit.
