I've been downloading some Smile Empty Soul. Very slowly. I got the first ten seconds of their song Nowhere Kids, and it sounds GOOD. I'm waiting for the DAMN thing to restart downloading. And uh... the songs With This Knife and Eraser are okay.

They're pretty damn cool, and they sound great live. I saw them at Warped Tour 2003. That was one of the best days of my life! Of course, there were tons of other awesome bands there...

Vendetta Red: Awesome. Good, positive music for today's youth.

Smile Empty Soul: Also excellent, but just not quite as positive.

DoubleDrive: More good, positive music. Look into them.

Taking Back Sunday: Again, awesome. Glad they're back together! They just released new tour dates with Saves the Day, another favorite band of mine.

Velvet Revolver: Ok, so it worked with Audioslave...but this combination is not one i'm warming to. Weiland should've stuck with STP and went back to their roots, back to the sounds of "Sex-Type Thing", "Interstate Love Song", "Plush", and "Creep", instead of joining up with Slash and the gang. I'm sorry if it upsets anyone, but what I've heard from VR is just boring, monotonous, and repetitive.

They're decent, but hard to track down on Kazaa because almost everything turnes out to be a mislabeled copy of "Shatterday".

A while back they were opening for Juliana Theory.. It was a good show.
