Kind of reminds me of another racially motivated killing earlier this year.

A white man and woman were abducted from their car and kidnapped by four black men. The woman watched as her husband was mutilated, set on fire, had his penis cut off, was beaten, and shot.

The woman was gang raped, in many different ways, for four days by five different assilants. She was urinated on, her breasts were sliced off, and clorine was poured in her mouth. After they were done with her, they dumped her body in the garbage.

No one reported that either.

As far as I'm concerned, this has striking similarities between the Brawley (and the Duke Lacross) case; black girl accuses group of white people of doing unspeakably depraved acts in violation of her person, with the evidence being tenuous at best. The only difference between this story and the other is that this time the media isn't turning it into a three ring circus with Al Sharpton as the Ring Master. Nobody in the media is wanting to risk their credibility with this story, and I don't blame them.

As far as your concerned, she's black, there white, there for she's probably lying. What Tawanna & the duke lacrosse whore did was horrible, because in their attempt at fame, they have made fellow black women targets. When the white operated media depicts black corrupt politicians (Al sharpton), Scott free killers (oj Simpson), and attention grabbing charity cases (Tawanna) they damage the white psyche's perception of blacks. This eventually leads to broad generalizations and biased conclusion based off of similar cases (Such as we see here).

The media shies away out of fear, because they know most Americans can't tell the difference between a fake and a real rape case. Despite that above cases involving acts of equal malice in a black on white crime that has become standard rhetoric among angry conservatives, they still say such goes unnoticed (like, ironically, this case). This is my greatest fear, that we become so rapped up in the recent ethno-political struggles, that we become blinded by true cases of terror. "The accusations are so horrible they can't be true, WE couldn't have done this". Make no mistake; as much as most whites would like to believe, white-on-black violence didn't die out in the 70's.

Here is what I figured happened:

Megan and her boyfriend Bobby Brewster were running around writing fake checks (hence her warrants for the charges). Something happened and she wanted to stop, and possibly go to the police and tell on Bobby, Bobby said fuck that and called up his mom (which is probably his aunt and sister too) Frankie Brewster (who owned the lovely accommodations) and said he needed help. So Frankie, being the crazy redneck bitch she is called up a few other crazy rednex and cooked up this plan to torture and scare Megan so she wouldn't go to the cops about the worthless checks. But it all backfired when a cop showed up at the beautiful decorated single wide.

Historic fact? Claiming that this case is probably a fraud because of a previous case were a black claimed rape is not "historic" or "evidence" that this case will come to the same conclusion, it's not even an indication that it might happen. I guess from now on, we can safely assume that every rape case involving a group of whites and a black women is a fame seeking attempt.

I guess for the sake of argument, every rape case has a chance of being fake. To assume that it is, however, for the simple fact that the women is black is completely biased. Without any evidence to suggest that this is fake, with the horrible nature of this crime, to compare this to a case such as Tawanna is insulting.

When a person shows up in good condition claiming that they were abused for months, it raises red flags. Despite this being quite possibly the worst ever rape case ever reported...it doesn't get wide coverage. Wonder why? It smells like bullshit. Here's the thing... Cellardoor6 posted seven different news articles about the story on the very first page of this topic, from news agencies a little more reputable than the one you started this topic with. Which means that by and large, you're wrong on the issue of this being reported by the media.

As for the rest of your post, you should know that use of Straw Man arguments, Ad Hominem insults, and Package-Deal fallacy against those you disagree with does more bad that good, typically, especially where your personal credibility is concerned. You never started this topic as a means to discuss and debate the issue, you just wanted a soapbox to stand on and vent about a perceived injustice unapposed (to which I suggest getting a blog if that's what you wanted).

Oh... one more thing; you should note that I never once defended the actions of the perpetrators of this crime. Go ahead, re-read this topic, the most you will find that I said in their defence was to point out the flaw in your logic that "this is a family that looks straight out of the Devils Rejects." Somehow in your twisted little mind you thought that by bringing up the Tawana Brawley case that I was in somehow coming to the perpetrators defense based on their skin color... all the while you found them guilty of the crime they were charged with simply based on their looks.
