All music in general. But you can't post a topic about lousy female vocalists without including MACY GRAY! I mean Aguilera and Spears are eye candy, while Michelle Branch and Avril are both eye candy and talented.

Hate to break it to ya buddy, but if you're going to go on talent, Aguilera has more vocal ability than all four of your other examples put together.

But that still doesn't help the fact that she sucks.

i think macy gray was discovered by one of those producers desperately looking for a unique sound. and she definately has a unique voice...even if it IS horrible sounding...:P

God, why do girls even want to continue living? Why don't they go to China and bury themselves until they die. It's legal in China, and even appreciated. If only Canadians were as pro-active as the Chinese.

We tried that with Mexico down here in Texas. Though it didn't work out too well because when they hired people to go onto the digging lines, nearly 100% of them were migrant workers...

Needless to say, we Texans learned our lesson, and now we have the utmost respect for our friends to the South. I think we should give Canada the same chance.

They suck and they know they suck. That's why they've started taking off their clothes (Britney, Christina). So that guys will watch their music videos and come to their concerts, and the girls will want to attract guys like they do. So they will watch the artist more as to copy their sexual dances and lack of clothes and admire their ways. How the cd's sell, I have no idea. Actually they don't and that's why the companies are suing kazaa users, thinking that's why their cd's don't sell.

Hey, quiet you. I kinda like those guys. It's been a while since I heard a singer that can actually sing lyrics as opposed to screaming them. You have to give Amy Lee some credit in that department...

Ohhh definately Sinead's stuff on 100th window is great. I also like Tori, Bjork, and the chick who sings in Portishead. Also on some of Massives earlier stuff there was a chick who sang very soulfully like on Safe From Harm.

Like many have said before me if you don't like the amount of female vocalists around, freakin pick up a freakin geetar or bass or drums or even a freakin trombone and get the freakin hell out and find one!And yes this is entirely the freakin radios fault.BAD FREAKIN RADIO!!!!!Don't play manufactured freakin drip freakin pop queens! Play The freakin Distillers (Brody Armstrong-great vocalist) or freakin Kittie.Freakin.Alternativly Melt Banana are also a good band with a female vocalist.Tuuli are alriiite.
