Make her believe that she's really fucking skinny and that everyone is making fun of her for it. The worst thing that you could do is comfort her. You have to go as far as to distance yourself if she doesn't eat. You may lose her as a friend for this period but she'll thank you later.

I haven't eaten school lunch in my entire life. My diet consists of at least 35% candy and i'm not anorexic. Why do you think she is. The main reason i don't eat very much is because I am a VERY picky eater. Though there is a slight chance she is anorexic, but that really doesn't matter because it's her life choice and not yours. Got it.

Just tell her she should eat more. If that doesn't work she can go to one of those camps in California. One of the girls in my homeroom went to one.

With an eating disorder such as Anorexia Nervosa usually they don't want to impress anyone but themselves. When the disorder starts, impressing others may be a motive, but when it gets further they become obsessed with their weight and body image, worrying about getting fat. They may only want to make themselves happy, yet make their lives hell in the process.
