I've seen that people have already started putting up a couple cartoons for madness day already, but i thought that they are supposed to be submitted on Madness Day? Can someone smarter than me clear this up for me. I appreciate it. Thanks.

k thanks, but is it ok to submit before the 22nd, or should you wait. I just want to know because i finished mine and its buggin me that i would have to wait a week to submit it.

well basically, Madness Day will be a very high scoring day, so some crafty submitters will decide to submit their entires early to have a better chance of winning an award.
