+eyes are assymetrical
+top of mask seems to conical
+your right upperarm is too broad and short
+your right underarm is boney/unmuscled
+In that pose, the cutting edge of the katana would be facing us
+the katana is too wide, especially at the top
+the katana seems to be curved just a bit too much
+the grip is curved

To make for a more interesting composition, Id suggest turning your right shoulder more towards us. Your face facing us, your left foot pointed to the right side of the picture, the right foot pointing towards us.

You know what to do with all this stuff right?

Yes, he's shades of black. If you want to be specific, you could say grayscale.

Monochromatic is just as right as greyscale... Monochromatic means you only use one color, but different "strengths", so this would work.
