4.07 / 5.00 13,902 ViewsHey there newgrounders, I need a little advidce on a summer art project I was set. It was to make or draw something that could be classed as a "wrap", so I made this helmet, shown below, out of an old sheet of steel I had in he shed. I'll obviously sand, stain and varnish the base, but I still havn't decided quite what to do with the helmet it self.
I think I'll paint it, but so far, I've no ideas. Any help'd be much appreciated!
Leave it... This. Is. Spa.......
You can of course WRAP it in something.
Plastic, perhaps?
A rather disgusting-looking git that should have been disposed of ages ago.
It could use some better welding.
Maybe an emblem at the top.

Yeah I know the welding could probibly use work, but It was the first thing I've ever actuallt tried to weld, and even then, only with an arc welder. I was thinking of doing some sort of crest or small model to go on that bit at the front, but I've not yet decided what. Could do some bull horns, that might look good.
You could paint it gold, run into the place you hand this project to while yelling "This is SPARTA" and kicking people into wells...
