Why bosen't NG ban users

Why dosen't Ng ban users who make flashes to be blamed on purpose. I mean every day I log in and check for new flashes there is the same few groups posting the same idiotic flashes over and over. I know what to expect when you see the names of the author's but people new to the site don't and might get turned off by the crap they find in those flashes. Shouldn't NG be looking out for the fans and not these people waisting our tim with the same joke over and over again

It does. If two submissions get blammed in a row you get an automatic 15 day portal ban.

doe's it matter if someone puts crappy things on? it's a site for people to try there stuff and we are the bosses of it right? So we can blam or protect what we want right? So simple. if you don't like what you see you blam it. Not like it costs you. it gives you a blam point and tells the person who made it to get better..
