Well, there have been some "Sig showcase" threads in the past:

Official Sig Showcase
The sig showcase thread

They're not very active, though, and people have created threads for their own sigs as well even after the creation of those threads (for example, My first photoshop sig., Suggestions For My New Sig Pic, Which Is Cooler? [sigs], etc)

I'd say you could make your own thread if you feel the quality of the sigs are pretty high, else bump a showcase thread.
