I had a recent inquiry about the best schools to attend for aspiring game programmers. I assume that Digipen is still one of the best programs, but I know a lot of schools have been moving into the realm of game development, so I thought I would ask - has anyone done research on the topic? I know Drexel has a growing game development program, for anyone in the Philadelphia area, but it's hard to say how it compares to established programs such as what Digipen may offer. If you have any info to share, please share it!
Tom if you check out www.gamedev.net they have a list of Game programming shools and links to those schools as well. As well as a link to Gamasutra which also has a list of schools. Here r some schools I found in Gamedev.net in PA.
