duplication request?

well i haven't done one of my duplications in a while, and i think it'd be nice drawing practice if i did another one. But i think this time around, ill take requests from NG users of the next photo i should try.

PLEASE KEEP THE PHOTOS CLEAN, and make them portrait worthy. So no landscapes please. I'm not very good with them.
I like faces. Human or creature it doesn't matter (sorry if im being picky)

I'm only picking one, but maybe i'll do others and keep this thread an on going thing. But Universities coming up and right now i only have the time to do one. Should have it done by sunday.

its actually pretty simple, i make a very rough outline for a general shape, then i used a 20-30% opacity brush tool to color. i used a really small brush for this one so it gave a really nice fur effect. usually i smudge it to smooth out the color and blend it nicely but this one in particular looked better without.

no prob i love questions. depending on resolution it can range from at least an hour to 8 lol. the dog took me a while. i don't remember exactly how long but its 500x500 and i used a 2-3 pixel brush. so this one took one of the longer amounts of time. so id say 6 or 7 hours blah. can u tell had had too much time for my summer?

don't forget to post photos for me to try. something with some neat shadows and folds :D

Lookin' good dude. I'd like to see your technique on the beard. Maybe mix white, black and gray paint, but badly, then use a crap brush for the hairs. He he.

ok im too excited with this one not to give you a second teaser :D. the detail on the hairs are half and half . right side of the beard is somewat finished but could use another layer of color. the left side of the beard is far from done.

haha thanks, hey i might draw him just for a laugh. most of the time my pictures have some form of disfigurement of some sort. i'd love to see what i screw up on for SirTom :P

thanks, but thats all ive done. Im working on the beard now, i didnt realise until i drew it, but theres a lot of brown in there.
