It misses a tad texture and/or details though. For example: The shield now looks fluffy instead of a hard turtle shield.

i like the color mostly, but if if it was just cell shaded, it probably wouldnt look as good.

the out line is what i did in flash and the color is done in photoshop.
And no I didnt use a tablet, I do have one but I dont use it that much.

Both pics are wonderful. Whimsical Bowser and menacing Waluigi. I like the Bowser more, probably because I think Waluigi is a lame character, but the pic is really good. =]

yep he is a luigi version of wario
He was first made to be the doubbles parter to wario in mario tennis for the 64

he as never been that popular because he has never appered in any mario game exept the sports and party games

I only started to like him because of the latest game he is in "Mario Strikers Charged"
