Which style of camouflage coloring is better for a webcomic?
The normal one (left) or the photoshop one (right)?

I like the one on the first. It catches your eye better.

I think he meant left....

Anyway I think it would make sense to use the one with more detail since it's a webcomic, and you have the chance to make more detail since it's all static.

Can't say that I really can conclude on what looks better or worse, they are both pretty similar in my eye. I'd advice you to just go with whatever that is easier/more efficient to you.

And, a suggestion, how about collecting all of your "what is better" topics in one, you seem to do them quite a lot.

The photoshop one makes it look more.. im not saying 3d but it makes it look more real.

The first one would be more for a comic, ink comic.

woops, wrong thread excuse me XD

yeah well depends, the photoshop one has more color and its more striking.

The flash one blends in for a camo effect.

Left one. It doesn't ask too much of your eye to be centered on the helmet.

A rather disgusting-looking git that should have been disposed of ages ago.

I agree with vonDark on this, you post quite a lot of "is this better than that" topics. You should make one thread for them, or get the confidence to trust your own judgment on what is better.

i dont get why you want to know about some insignificant thing. if its gona be a webcomic, there will be bigger problems you'll have to work on. i think you should do what blackmarket said and go with your guts.
:you'll never be finished if you keep asking people for help.

I prefer the PS, but whatever is easier/quicker, I would do. It's not a big enough difference to make someone go "wow, I like so-and-so better."

the only real difference I see between them besides a slight tone variation is the pattern of camouflage, either of which can be emulated in PS, so go Photoshop. Iz the profession standard anyway. Or you can go with the program u have the most xperience in. Your choice. Doesnt seem to make a difference visually tho.
