this is my first drawing colored should i continue drawing i ask because i do need help im on photo filter should i switch to gimp and also some one tell me how to get that glow effect on n e thing help me
!!!!

i dont get why a lot of people try something for the first time (like using flash or even sketching) and post their half ass attempt.
