It's been two and a half years since you signed up :O

You can only gain ten experience points per day and your voting power goes up very slowly.

You also have to vote on the 'under judgement' flashes to get Blam and save oints to help boost your voting power.

All in all............does it really matter?

Nope, means your vote is worth a non signed in users vote multiplied by 2.55, its your voting power. Will go up next time you deposit.
