Noob's Guide to Newgrounds
*Note: This guide isn't perfect, but at least it's something*
1.- Female users
If you look at a profile on Newgrounds and you see that the user is a girl IT'S USUALLY EITHER A LIE OR AN ALT.*see slang*
Exceptions: MissAllenPoe, Sawke, their Alts, Maus, and some unknown few
2.- Newgrounds Slang
Though too much to fit in this guide, here are most common slang words.
Noob, n00b. New user. A new user, or someone who posts really stupid things.
T3h, teh. Simply means The. It is usually used to seem cooler, but it really isn't.
NG means Newgrounds.
Alt is an alternate account. These usually are used when making a spam topic, or just used to piss people off.
1337 speak is just speaking with numbers as letters and acronyms such as "lol", orN3\l/GR0l_ll\l5.
Fofl means fall on floor laughing, just another use of Rofl
Meme is a bandwagon.
Angry Faic is the little mad face you see before posting.
3.- Bandwagons
Many, many bandwagons have come and gone, but here are an old few:
DO A BARREL ROLL - I sense 4chan*still used*
SHOOP DA WHOOP - This is a really old bandwagon and I wasn't here for when it started, most likely on 4chan.
RICK ROLL - a link that leads to a Rick Roll music video on YouTube*still used*
MAGIKARP USE SPLASH- A 4chan made flash, that someone put on NG, which started a bandwagon
4.- 4Chan.net
A retarded site that, every once and a while, tries to invade NG, unsuccessfully. Also where many bandwagons such as Shoop Da Whoop, and Magikarp started. Don't be a /b/tard and stay off there.
There's still much more for you to learn, but why ruin the experience? Also, get used to swearing, and porn. It's very common here.
