How about Deliverance?

Seriously though, don't bluegrass bands usually have the vocalists name as the band name?

This, I can't wait to see... a new style huh?

I would think that a band name would be something that you and your band would want to decide. Since you're looking for suggestions though, how about:

"The Nu-Style BlueGrass R&B Crossover joint"

or maybe

"Thrashin N' Trashin': the metal bluegrass experience"

how would you feel about

"Pickin' 8-bits off'n mah dowgie" a VG/BG production

No?

Hmmm... this is a tough one...

Maybe you'd be up for a little extacy in your white lightning with:
"The downhome BlueTrance Electronistrum jugband"

Metal/bluegrass/techno?

"Hologram"
"Robots bleed"
"Year of the Machine"
"Cybernetic December"
"His not-so-chemical not-so-romance" (my personal favorite, haha)

its like if you take the rednex, put them on steroids, put some keybpoard sythisizer in the back,
make em heavy, and change the singer.

can you picture that.

You're focusing on too many genres at once man. It can't be done very well. Focus on doing one well, maybe even two (like Industrial (electronic+rock), if you're going to bring up Nine Inch Nails).

Classical + Rock can be done. Some rock artists perform live with orchestras backing them.

Electronic can be added to rock or classical, but not both. It just sounds messy.

Not to discourage you or anything, the hybrid genre thing sounds great... but I've tried it myself, and it wasn't a pretty listen. Maybe I just didn't do it the right way.

Hmmm...

- Teh PwnZ0Rz,
- Self-whoring Music Masters Owning All,
- HYDKWTASF! (Ha, You Don't Know What That Acronym Stands For!).

Now seriously - if you don't know, how you want to name your band, don't even form it. Or try to make a few pieces, if there was some feeling in them and they inspire you to name your band somehow - name it that way and be happy xD

Book of Anima 22:32 " Do not profane my awesome name. I must be acknowledged as awesome by the Newgrounders. I am the LORD of music, who makes you awesome."
