Nope. The closest you can do is if you find a ubmission that breaks the rules, and it'll get removed accordingly. But you won't get any blam points for it.

nope. despite how many people submit BLAMMED THIS SHIT after something has passed in reviews, though. just because Pico says blam it when you mouse over his cute little face, doesn't mean it can be blammed ;) It can still end up in the obituary, however, which is kinda considered blammed. If the author, or an admin deletes the movie, it will end up in the obituaries.

hope that helped :)

nice sig :P

errr, no you can't, because people would have had to have given it something other than a 0 to pass judgment. this is newgrounds lowest scoring submission, with a score of 0.56

each zero barely puts a dent in that thing at this point.

Sure you can get a score to 0.00.

That's 0.00 ROUNDED, of course. #;-}>

Let's say that the first 200 votes on a submission are 2, so it passes. Each person that voted had a VP of 1.00. So the total aggregate vote of the movie is now 400.

400/200 votes = 2.00, right?

Okay, now let's say that from this point on, every SINGLE voter on NG votes 0. Say the guy switched the flash to a blank tiny pixel or something. No one's even voting 1 on it anymore. And even though there would of course be people voting with more than a 1.00 VP (but of course some of the first 200 voters woulda had more than 1.00, too...), let's just keep the VP of everyone voting 0 now at 1.00 as well.

Anyway, let's say that just 99,800 more people vote on it. That's a high number, but it's possible, right?

Well, that's 100,000 votes, but only the 400 score still from the first 200 voting 2, since everyone since then has hit 0:

400/1000000 = 0.004.... whoops, not quite enough score power from those first 200 2's to hit 0.005, which would round up to 0.01 on the viewable score.

Too bad those 200 folks didn't vote 3 instead.

Now, obviously, this example showcases that even a FEW votes of other than 0 make it very difficult for a flash to ever even APPROACH a 0.00 score... just as a few votes of over than 5 make it very difficult for a flash to ever even approach a 5.00 score, of course.

But it's theoretically possible to lower a flash than has a non 0.00 score to 0.00.

Because 0.00 isn't the same thing as truly 0. #;-}>
