No it isn't. It closed at 93 cents American today. The highest it's been since the 70's.

Yeah you can drink anywhere in Canada at 18 except BC and Ontario (I think)

It also means that for cattle that is priced in American dollars, the farmers get less. When overseas canadians change money, they get less. But when we export, we get more!
