Apparently, soy, which PETA, (I hear the Vegetarian Libertation Group is planning on attacking their base) promotes heavily, is actually UNHEALTHY. Read it and weep, you dirty vegans, you.

UHHHH...WRONG. I eat fried tofu, drink soy milk and use soy sauce on almost everything. That is why I'm responding to your topic. I'm sure you guys are smart enough to not believe everything you read on the internet? How could a bean that comes from a plant have so much fat? Are we talking about the same thing? My guess is that the ony thing soy that you've tried is soy sauce. Soy products are high in PROTEIN. Don't eat it if you think it's bad, but don't talk shit unless you know for sure.

I'm sure your not smart enough, but you shouldn't belive everything you read anywhere, like soy sauce bottles for example. Saying "but don't talk shit unless you know for sure" also applies to you, have ypou done tests on soy beans? No, have you tested soy products? No. All your information is from a/several source/s, and only a very niave person would belive in it so much that would assimalate the information into there opinon.

Soy as well as CoCoa, Coffee & most other beans also contain Lecithin, This substance is known to cause severe neuro spazm in cats & dogs & even death but I'm unsure if these are a problem for us, That is why you shouldn't use animals for testing, their physiology is different, results on Animals may mean nothing, what kills the animal may not harm us but also what seemingly has no effect on the animal may be disasterous for us.
