That's pretty silly, that's like saying if you're not attracted to someone of the same gender then you are homophobic, I mean, what the hell. You can't help what you are attracted by, so no, it isn't racist. Unless you added an insult to it.

It's personal preference. A lot of black people will cry out "OMG YOU'RE RACIST FOR XXXXX", just because they like using the word....and those are the people that like to follow their stereotype. You're just being called racist, because they think that everything not going their way=racism. But, that's only for those that follow the stereotype(No offense meant to your friend at all....he/she'll probably change later on.).

I don't see how it possibly can be racism....you're not saying "Black people are ugly" you're saying "I'm not attracted to black people". I'm not attracted to black people either, but I know when one is beautiful or not, and I have many black friends. I'm also friends with a few that follow the stereotype, and I'm completely fine with that...there's nothing really wrong with it, except for the fact that you're acting the same as many other people. But I'm only 16, and I still have much to learn....that's just what I have learned so far.

In short...no, it doesn't make you racist....I mean, come on, if you so much as have a black friend, it shouldn't make you racist.

Racism is defined as the belief that one race is superior to another. I don't think this applies, as someone cannot change what attracts them physically, it'd be the same as saying gay men were sexist because they're not attracted to women.
