Who is able to vote on under judgement flashes without watching it? I think theres a problem with that because it used to not let me vote till I watched it.

It may be a clock day thing. Last year, the portal got so backed up, they lowered the time it took for the voting bar to show. Based on that, I'd say it's a clock day thing!

I was happening before clock day for me. I think it must be on a timer or something based on the size of the file, but the timer is activated on page load rather than when you click the link.

Occasionally it'll let me vote immediately, and occasionally it'll make me wait. But the flow's slowed down, the first wave is over, so I'm not worried.

Tom has probably set up a folder on his computer to put all of the flashes and decide whether they stay or not.

It be a mighty big folder.

These flashes sure are getting out of judgment fast and the glitch has made it ridiculously easy to gain protection points this year. All I have to do is open up a ton of flashes in tabs and wait about 10 seconds for them to finish loading. I've already gained a ton of brand new protection points yet I've only watched one Clock Day flash with a decent length in it's entirety so far this year. >_> I'm not proud of it but honestly, it's hard to resist. <_< I normally judge flashes fairly under judgment even if I know the flash is going to be saved.
