It's still the 20th in my time zone, so I figured it would be a good time to post a doodle of the rocket and spacecrafts the astronauts used to get to the moon 40 years ago.

I know it's done on the computer, but I redid it in the 10 minutes it took me before to do it on my Year 8 French book. ;]

I didn't see that coming from you, but, given the fact that one of the major influences of Toshio Maeda(Urotsukidoji, La Blue Girl) is Go Nagai (Devilman, Violence Jack), it had to come out eventually...

Well... Lately, I found hard to draw calmly. My sketches come out rushed and quite ugly to see. So I decided to try some inking, and have some practice...
... Although, recycled paper is not the best surface to try it...
Anyway, I hope you like them. I'd like to see some comment on this... Not everyday I try Donald Duck.

thats one crazy looking duck... love how you draw eveything... you whilte it down to the basic lines.. then make them even more basic... most of your work is pouring with this sort of simplistic style and i love it... i can see its not to eveyones taste but its a unquie style that you have... and most likey... only you have!... keep up the artwork... dont stop, stopping is bad as you have to try to pick up the pace again... love how you keep doodling as well... *mega amounts of praise!*

I grew up reading italian Disney comics. A recurrent topic in them was Mickey Mouseworking as a detective... He searched for clues, questioned the witnesses and used violence only when there's no other possible way... Recently I thought it'd be cool to see a detective Donald. He has a short temper, so he'd fit in a more violent type of detective... One of the likes of writers like Dashiell Hammet or Mickey Spillane... Something more hard-boiled... One guy who uses brawns over brains... And furry fatales, of course!

Oh hay guys, I thought I might as well contribute to this great collection. Most of my stuff is concept, some of which is incomplete, or just completely odd. But hey, isn't that the point of doodles?

Can't say there's much "point" when doodling... Just draw and see what it comes out.

Well, here's an epic bump. I drew this at work in like 2 minutes and then left it on the lunch table. When I returned for it my coworkers had written on it.

I Honestly did not know those to guys did Adult work I was always assumed that Go Nagai was just known for his Robots,Cutie honey and Devilman
Not many people would expect that a person could do a one time thing to use opportunity to practice with some adult type material . the time I drew that I have not been drawing to frequently like I used to but yeah It's a slight difference from the video game stuff I usually done before.
As for the exact style that is searching for me I am still not very sure about what it's suppose to be exactly lately it seems that I want to drop some of the cartoonish qualities that i've inheritted before and looking for more of a mix of Realism +surreal imagery.
