Motion Guide

Okay, complete noob question, but how do you use a motion guide? The flash help file doesn't actually tell me how to do it, so any help would be appreciated.

The flash help file is retarded. There are also plenty of tutorials on NG that explain the concept of "Motion Guides".

Make a layer with the object you want to guide. Then select that layer and click the 'Add motion guide' button.
The on the motion guide button, using the pencil or line tool, draw a line of where you want the object to move. Then tween the object as you usually would, putting the registration point of the object on each end of the line on each end of the tween.

i got an even noobier question is the Flash thing u use to play and make all these games and movies Free or is there only a free 30 day trial???...
