hey newgrounds. im going to the store to buy myself a new mouse for my computer. i just have a question:
should i get it wireless or not? with wireless, i have so many benefits, but what if the battery power runs out when im in the middle of something? (im not really pro at remembering to check my battery power) that's annoying enough, but then i need to find more batteries.
wire/less?

I would suggest a normal mouse.
Considering it can be a real pain to have to change the battery if your doing something important and you run out.
I have a normal mouse and I'm perfectly fine with it.

I have a wireless, but it's a pain in the ass to replace the batteries. Pick normal.

I agree, I used to have a Wireless, but the batterys also ran out in the middle of something. So know I use a proper corded gaming mouse.

Wired, wireless only if you are willing to shell out enough to get an RX or another chargable wireless mouse.

ehhh, the wire is a little annoying, but is it really that bad? wireless seems like, just more of a hassle to me. my brother had one, and i used it a little bit, i mean, i guess it was cool, but i can't see me feeling the need to get one :P
besides, how can it be a mouse if you cut off the tail? ;)

Most wireless mouses nowadays have a light on top that flashes when the batter power is getting low. I just bought one for $20 and there is a light below the wheel. On my other wireless mouse the wheel itself starts to flash when the batteries are getting low.
Of course you can get a wired mouse for about $10.

Never take a wireless!

Depends what you want to spend. The logitech G5 wired is my mouse of choice. The G7 wireless has two batteries though, so you can swap and charge the dead one, and still use your mouse.

Get a wireless optical mouse with a USB charger. The one I got had four batteries, so you could charge two, while using the other two, then when they run out you can swap them over, and repeat the cycle. Eventually though, it becomes VERY annoying having to swap the batteries when you're in the middle of something.

I've got one with a wire, I recommend it, just DO NOT GET A BALLER ONE. GET A LASER PINPOINT ONE, I've got that one, after I made that mistake.
I can't actually imagine why you're looking down here, but while you are...

Whats the point of wireless. And it would be kinda annoying to check everytime for the battery power. I would get the normal one.

I got a wireless Mighty Mouse for my Mac, I just had to turn the mouse on and it was automatically discovered and usable. The two AA batteries it came with lasted for about two months and I got a warning message a few hours before they died. When they did I just took the cover off and put new ones in. Not that hard.
I never used Bluetooth on any of my PCs, but I doubt it's much different.
