Old Guy:(as son walks in room) Junior! There you are! Why haven't you called me?
Junior: Dad, I still live at home. We talked five minutes ago!
O.G.: Oh... then who the hell are YOU!?
Jr: I'm your son!
Og: Then who am I...?

Jr: But... Dad? I just called five minutes ago.
OG: Then Why don't you visit your mother? she's very upset!
Jr: Dad! Mom died 23 years ago!!
OG: Jumpin' Jiminy! Then where the hell did YOU come from?

Jr. Dad, I just went to get you this tea... we've been talking for the past hour.
Og: Good God! I must have the Alzhei- *sudden switch of demenor* Junior! There you are! Why don't you call me anymore?

I prefer the second the best. It had a jump and suprise to it. Go for number
two! :D

I didn't laugh at number 1 or number 2 but I laughe out loud when I read number 3.
However, it may be that a build up is required and it could be that all three built up to it to make the last one particularly funny.
I think that you'd do best with number 3 but you need to lengthen it a bit: add more of a build up to it and remember, comedy is all about timing.
