You wont make that mistake again Im sure.
What I said in my orginal post yesterday I was just mad. I'll go to court and see what happenes I'll probably have to pay somthing and I will.

I'm telling you, you should go to the media.
Just call the local news paper and news network. It's not hard at all if they don't think your story is of any value then they'll just say no thank you.

It could save you $250!

I would pay a quarter or two for the parking meter instead of risking the ticket

Eh. The VPD is more focused on the evils of marijuana and polygamy in a colony on Vancouver Island.
And shooting bears.

The likeliness of getting a ticket for "cruising" is not very likely over here. But you never know.

And damn the day where the parking meters cost more than a quarter for 10 minutes.

More like, "Crazy new law confusing drives all over pa roads. And costing them $250" they don't have to make it specificly about him. Just interview him.

It'l atleast give exposure to the ridiculous law.

Or they could make a segment along the lines of " Are tickets fair" or some such thing and use me as an example.

It could save you $250!

In SF 1 quarter gets you 30 seconds. At least last time I went there

Doing that would achieve nothing for you. By the time anything can be done, you would of already had went to court.

How do I except things?

Do you expect me to writ ea story on my past experiences and why this is wrong?

Plus I agree with the TC.

Everyone else is too insecure or anti-social to stand up and not take shit from fucked up traffic laws like that. They obviously don't express themselves while in America(Which is why we are here today).

http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/crimpro f_blog/2007/01/anticruising_la.html

according to that article it sounds like you could challenge the ticket in court on the grounds that you and your friends were doing legitimate things like movies etc, and not cruising around for drugs.

Sounds like its the choice of the officer and you got a mean officer. I'd challenge it
